We have been taking these along the amino balance. These are the best vitamins ever!!!! We waiver in our fitness goals however these are amazing vitamins and part of our daily regimen without fail. Never got a problem with getting 'bunged up' or any other side effects. We take two tabs daily--one in morn and one in the evening. Even my 75 yr old mother takes them. Her moods have never been better along with her energy levels. We are three aging women in this household and this aging stack works wonders for us.
